Are Haimee products made of real gold or silver?

No, our pieces are imitation jewellery made with high-quality brass or stainless steel.

Are your jewellery pieces handmade?

Many of our pieces (except anti tarnish collection) are partly handmade by skilled artisans. Small variations make each piece truly unique.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Keep it dry, store separately in a zip pouch or jewellery box, and avoid direct contact with water or perfume.

Do I need to create an account before placing an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account helps you to  track orders, view your past purchases. It also helps you get future updates like Offers, New collection etc.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on WhatsApp or email.
You can also log in and check under My Orders.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping fees appear at checkout. However there will be free shipping on orders above ₹799.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments through the PhonePe payment gateway, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. You can also choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.

Is there any part payment for COD order?

You have to pay 10% of order value in advance (online) while placing a COD order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 5 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns/exchanges only for damaged or wrong products, as mentioned in our Refund & Return Policy

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we sent a damaged or wrong item.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

Please share your unboxing video with us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll quickly send a replacement.
