At Haimee, we want you to have a smooth and happy shopping experience. Every piece of jewellery is carefully checked before dispatch, but if you happen to receive a damaged product, we will gladly assist you with a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Refund/Exchange
Refunds or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged or different.
- Refund or exchange request should be raised within 24hrs after the product has been delivered.
A clear, unedited unboxing video of the package and product is required as proof to process your request.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
2. Process & Timelines
Once your request is approved, the damaged product must be sent back to us in its original packaging.
In case of an exchange, the customer will need to bear the return shipping charges.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate your refund/ ship the item in case of exchange (whichever is final) within 2 business days, and will be delivered within 7-10 days, depending on the customer’s location.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 2–3 business days from the day of initiation.
3. Important Notes
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds/exchanges are not applicable for:
Change of mind or personal dislike
Minor color or size variations due to screen settings and photographic conditions
Sale or discounted items
